Once again, it was
a successful lunch with our group of 27 taking the entire
floor of the Bumba Restaurant at Kandahar Street.
As the
lunch was specially arranged on a Thursday instead of the
usual Friday, Hamid Jinnah turned up as promised. But
the real surprise of the day was the appearance of Kong Hwee
.... in his elastic shorts!!
In the absence of
the webmaster who was under the weather, our photographer for
